RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of wear. Must be in perfect condition.
- Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (bags, cases, papers, etc…) received with the order.
- Jewelry must be returned with their original wrapping, case or box.
- Returns sent at Io&Te expenses will be refused and sent back at sender’s charge.
- Returns must be shipped within 14 (fourteen) days.
Damage/ Faulty/ Incorrect items
- In the event of receiving defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 3 (three) calendar days providing photographic proofs showing defective/ incorrect items to obtain approval. If the return is authorized, Io&Te will arrange through email/ phone call how to proceed. Note that if the return is shipped on your own, Io&Te will refuse the shipping cost and items.
- Furthermore, Io&Te does not assume any kind of responsibility for the shipment from you managed for the return and / or exchange to be made.
- No exchanges are made in the products or in the period on sale.
