Customer history with parcel refusal
Orders of customers whose history has recorded that there were shipments that refused to receive or did not respond to our written or telephone information (and / or courier) and returned to our store with the indication “Not interested – Refusal to receive”, will be accepted only after prepayment – by credit card or deposit of the total amount of the new order in the bank account that is provided.

Prices
The prices listed on the website www.ioete.gr are the final ones,so VAT is included.
The listed prices do not include shipping and pay on delivery costs.
Payments via bank deposit
Any transaction expenses that may arise (eg. when the deposit is made from an account on a different bank) must be paid by the customer.
Delivery time
Shipping is usually done on the next working day of the order. Delivery time is 1-2 working days from the date of sending the order, in cases where the point of receipt is an inaccessible area or island is 2 to 4 working days.
In case a product ordered by the customer is not available, then www.ioete.gr will contact him directly via email and / or phone, to inform him about when his delivery is likely.
If the customer considers that the period of receipt of the product does not satisfy him, he can withdraw the order of the product in question.
Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products within a reasonable time, we will inform you via e – mail.
