Must be in perfect condition.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (bags, cases, papers, etc\u2026) received with the order.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Jewelry must be returned with their original wrapping, case or box.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Returns sent at Io&amp;Te expenses will be refused and sent back at sender\u2019s charge.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Returns must be shipped within 14 (fourteen) days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Damage\/ Faulty\/ Incorrect items<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>In the event of receiving defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 3 (three) calendar days providing photographic proofs showing defective\/ incorrect items to obtain approval. If the return is authorized, Io&amp;Te will arrange through email\/ phone call how to proceed.
